Had a wonderful experience dealing with Cinthia Gilroy on a sale of a our vacation home in the Buck Lake area. Sale was a bit more complex than a typical residential sale due to zoning of property. This made finding a buyer challenging simply because no building = very hard to get financing. We had hundreds of tire kickers inquire through F/B Marketplace; we listed with another realtor who did nothing but take a few pictures, post online and made no other effort to move this property. They had us convinced that it was not going to sell, period. Then along came Cinthia - in our final attempt to give another person the opportunity to enjoy this fully treed, beautiful 3.5 acre lot and love it the way we did, we hired her. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Within a short period of time, Cinthia had amazing photos, drone footage and utilized every tool available to her to ensure a wide reaching audience. After 3 years of trying to sell on our own and a very bad experience with a "professional" who had us believing we can't sell a property without a house on it ......
